Omni-Channel Design
When our parent company bought their main competitor, our team inherited 100 additional products bringing our total to 300.
In response we created the omni-channel design process: a systematic approach to our projects leveraging modular design, standardized content, and a global branding system.
As co-founder of the Omni-Channel Design process, I was instrumental in developing a system that combined the efficiency of a universal branding system with the power of modular design.
We implemented our solution across all global products and improved speed to market, increased design efficiency, and multiplied success at scale.
